For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, cash, money orders and personal checks. We typically request down payments for records (impressions, x-rays etc.) on the day they are obtained, and for the appliances themselves on the day they are placed. These are applied to your total fee. The remaining balance is automatically set up with monthly, no-interest payments.

As a courtesy to those with dental insurance, we will gladly file the necessary forms. Please remember, however, you are ultimately responsible for any fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage. We are an out-of-network provider.
